What we can customize on a touch screen display
- Touch technology: projected capacitive (PCAP), infrared (IR), resistive, or no touch.
- Size and resolution: 8″ to 32″ on the standard platform; special sizes and aspect ratios on request.
- Brightness and readability: standard or high-brightness / sunlight-readable panels, optical bonding on request.
- Cover glass: thickness, toughened glass, anti-glare, anti-reflection and anti-fingerprint treatments, printed borders and your logo.
- Mechanics: open frame, panel mount (embedded), VESA or wall mounting; custom bezel, frame and cable exit; front sealing with IP65 front options.
- Interfaces: LVDS, eDP, HDMI, RGB or MIPI video; USB touch as standard, other touch interfaces on request.
- Controller: optional matching ARM embedded board, delivered as a tested HMI module with your OS image.
Open frame and sunlight readable displays
An open frame touch monitor has no outer housing and mounts behind the opening of your enclosure, so you keep control of the front design and sealing. For outdoor and semi-outdoor equipment we combine high-brightness panels with anti-reflective glass or optical bonding to build a sunlight readable display. Drop-in replacements and second sources
If you already use a display, send the drawing or a sample. We can match the outline, mounting holes, connector positions and interface so our custom touchscreen display works as a drop-in replacement.
How a custom project runs
- Requirements review – application, environment, interfaces, quantities and target cost.
- Proposal and quotation – recommended configuration, unit price, any one-time engineering or tooling cost, and a schedule.
- Design – electrical, structural and firmware design, reusing field-proven modules where possible.
- Engineering samples – for fit, function and environmental testing in your device.
- Tooling – molds and fixtures where custom structural parts are needed.
- Pilot batch and mass production – on our own lines, with functional testing of every unit.
- After-sales – 3-year warranty from delivery and long-term technical support.
MOQ and lead time
Minimum order quantity depends on how much is customized: branding-only OEM orders have the lowest MOQ, projects that need new tooling need larger quantities, and small pilot batches are welcome. Lead times for samples, tooling and mass production depend on the scope and are confirmed in the quotation.

Frequently asked questions
Which touch technology should I choose?
PCAP gives smartphone-style multi-touch on flat glass and suits indoor and semi-outdoor devices. Infrared works with gloves, rain and any opaque object and is common outdoors and on large formats. Resistive suits low-cost devices operated with a stylus or gloves. We recommend one based on your environment and users.
Can you make a custom-size touch screen?
Yes. Beyond the standard 8 to 32 inch range we can build special sizes, glass, bezels, cable exits and interfaces. Feasibility and any tooling cost are confirmed in the quotation.
Can you put our logo on the cover glass?
Yes. Printed borders, logos and icons on the cover glass, plus branded labels and packaging, are part of our OEM service.
Do you supply the controller board as well?
Yes. The display can be paired with one of our ARM embedded boards and delivered as a tested HMI module, or supplied alone with the interface your controller needs.
What is the MOQ for a custom touch screen display?
It depends on how much is customized. Branding-only orders have the lowest MOQ; new tooling needs larger quantities. Small pilot batches are welcome; send your quantities for a firm answer.
