Where custom gateways are used
Typical projects include EV chargers and energy storage, machine and production-line monitoring, vending and self-service equipment telemetry, and building and fire-safety systems. When a gateway needs a local screen, we can combine it with a custom touch screen display or deliver it as a custom panel PC.

- Design – electrical, structural and firmware design, reusing field-proven modules where possible.
- Engineering samples – for fit, function and environmental testing in your device.
- Tooling – molds and fixtures where custom structural parts are needed.
- Pilot batch and mass production – on our own lines, with functional testing of every unit.
- After-sales – 3-year warranty from delivery and long-term technical support.
MOQ and lead time
Minimum order quantity depends on how much is customized: branding-only OEM orders have the lowest MOQ, projects that need new tooling need larger quantities, and small pilot batches are welcome. Lead times for samples, tooling and mass production depend on the scope and are confirmed in the quotation.

Which protocols can your industrial IoT gateways support?
Modbus RTU/TCP, CAN/J1939, MQTT, OPC UA and HTTP are common on our gateways. Other or proprietary protocols can be added in the firmware for your project.
Can the gateway connect to our own cloud platform?
Yes. We configure the data mapping and cloud connector in the firmware so the gateway publishes to your IIoT, SCADA or business platform.
Which wireless options are available?
4G, Wi-Fi, LoRa and NB-IoT options are available, selected per region and application.
Can you brand the gateway with our logo?
Yes. Enclosure labels, colors, packaging and firmware identifiers can carry your brand as part of our OEM service.
What is the MOQ for a custom gateway?
It depends on how much is customized. Firmware and branding changes have the lowest MOQ; a new enclosure or board needs larger quantities. Small pilot batches are welcome.
