TouchVision designs and manufactures custom industrial motherboards and control boards for equipment makers. As an ODM embedded board supplier we start from field-proven ARM platforms and core modules, then adapt the board outline, connectors, interfaces and software to your device.
What we can customize on an embedded board
- Platform: ARM platforms such as Rockchip RK3568 and RK3308, NXP i.MX 8M and TI AM3354; carrier boards around a proven core module.
- Board outline and layout: shape, mounting holes and connector positions to fit your housing.
- Interfaces: RS-232/422/485, CAN, Ethernet, USB, GPIO, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth, 4G/5G, and display interfaces such as LVDS, eDP, HDMI, RGB or MIPI.
- Memory, storage and power: RAM and storage options, power input range and protection.
- Software: BSP, drivers and Linux or Android OS image per platform, plus application support.
- Environment: industrial boards rated for -20 °C to +85 °C on our datasheet models.
Embedded industrial motherboard or carrier board?
For most projects a carrier board around a proven core module is the fastest and lowest-risk route: the processor, memory and power design are already validated, and only the interfaces and outline are new. A full custom embedded industrial motherboard makes sense at higher volumes or when space and cost are tight. We advise on the trade-off during the requirements review.

How a custom project runs
- Requirements review – application, environment, interfaces, quantities and target cost.
- Proposal and quotation – recommended configuration, unit price, any one-time engineering or tooling cost, and a schedule.
- Design – electrical, structural and firmware design, reusing field-proven modules where possible.
- Engineering samples – for fit, function and environmental testing in your device.
- Tooling – molds and fixtures where custom structural parts are needed.
- Pilot batch and mass production – on our own lines, with functional testing of every unit.
- After-sales – 3-year warranty from delivery and long-term technical support.
MOQ and lead time
Minimum order quantity depends on how much is customized: branding-only OEM orders have the lowest MOQ, projects that need new tooling need larger quantities, and small pilot batches are welcome. Lead times for samples, tooling and mass production depend on the scope and are confirmed in the quotation.

Frequently asked questions
Which processors do your custom boards use?
Our standard ARM boards use platforms such as Rockchip RK3568 and RK3308, NXP i.MX 8M and TI AM3354. The right platform depends on your display, interfaces, software and cost target.
Can you design a board to fit our existing housing?
Yes. Send the housing drawing or your current board, and we match the outline, mounting holes and connector positions.
Do you provide the BSP and OS image?
Yes. We deliver the BSP, drivers and a Linux or Android image for the platform, and can preinstall your application.
What temperature range do your industrial boards support?
Our industrial embedded boards are rated for -20 °C to +85 °C on datasheet models. Requirements for custom boards are confirmed per project.
Who owns the design files?
Ownership of custom drawings, tooling and firmware is agreed in the quotation and contract for each project, and an NDA can be signed before you share specifications.
Start your custom project
Send a drawing, a photo of the part you want to replace, or a short description of your device. An engineer will reply with questions, a proposed configuration and a quotation.
